Job Summary

Responsibilities will include:  Working within a small globally distributed IT team providing all levels of internal IT help-desk and 1st line support  Overseeing day-to-day running of Helpdesk and asset database  Call logging & management of the IT Service Request Database including regular liaison with IT hardware maintenance providers  Perform user admin tasks such as setting up new users, password resets and processing leavers  Fielding phone calls, imaging PC’s and installing software  Support and monitor of the existing infrastructure  Monitor daily global backups, manage asset database and control software register  Liaise with the Business and build positive working relationships  Work with other members of Group IT to support and develop the Group’s IT services Duties will vary and be revised due to the nature of the IT Support environment (the above is a guide and not a comprehensive list of responsibilities)

Job Objectives

To provide IT help desk and 1st line support role from the Mumbai office and to assist members of the global IT team in the delivery of IT services across the business

Skills Required

Good knowledge of PC Support, User administration in Windows 2003/2008/2012 server & AD, Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/2013 and Exchange 2013
