Job Summary Hiring Accounts Officer to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information and to manage all accounting operations on a timely manner based on accounting principles.
-Maintain books of accounts, reconciling hundreds of financial transactions on a daily basis. -Compute & process all Statutory payments & Returns filing on due dates (Service Tax, TDS, PF, PT, ESI etc.).
-Coordinating with HR Department for getting the payroll related requisite information and accurately processing payroll for employees. -Ensure appropriate filing system of Vouchers, files and records is maintained at the Accounts Department. -Prepare budget and financial forecasts -Publish financial statements on time -Conduct month-end, quarter end and year-end close process -Collect, analyze and summarize account information -Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc -Develop periodic reports for management -Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures -Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups -Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
